Hi! I am looking for a long-term rental on Pender for my 10 month old son and I. I was born there and want to come back, but Craigslist seems useless for finding rentals over there. I'm hoping for a 1 bedroom house or cabin, but a suite would work too! I'm looking to move September 1st. I'm willing to consider short-term rentals too, if I can't find something long-term right away. I have a monthly rent budget of about $650. Could go a little more for the right place. | I am looking for a respectful, friendly room-mate to help me pay the rent on a three bedroom trailer on Privateers Road, close to Thieves Bay. I am partially furnished, at the moment, as I am trying to get my things out of storage in Edmonton, and I am working to update the property while I am here. I have a cat, and am also taking care of my parents' small dog and another cat while my Dad is in the hospital. You ... would have the largest room for yourself, in case you prefer a lot of personal quiet time. You may furnish the room as you like to make it yours, although I'd appreciate it if holes in the walls were kept minimal. The floor is hardwood, recently installed. Big closet space with about 6 drawers built into the wall. There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen area. It would be appreciated if you helped out with recycle/garbage once in a while, if you have a vehicle. Asking $500, including utilities.
