Hope Bay Cafe

The Hope Bay Cafe has its home in the historic Hope Bay Store on North Pender Island. The Cafe sits perched over the water with spectacular views across Plumper Sound to Mayne and Saturna Islands. Open for lunch, dinner and Weekend brunch the restaurant is a popular meeting place for locals and visitors alike.

Port Browning Marina & Resort

Newly renovated and under new management, Port Browning cafe and pub is going through some exciting changes. Beginning March 15th, Georgina of Islander's Restaurant is going to be taking over the kitchen and turning Port Browning into the best Gastro Pub throughout the islands.

Pender Island Bakery Café centrally located at beautiful Driftwood Centre, the heart of Pender. Surrounded by lovely gardens where patrons can enjoy a cappuccino and pastry and catch up with the local news. Pistou Grill Casual Bistro

West coast with flair! Casual and intimate, Pistou Grill, opened in 2001 and located in the Driftwood Centre. Local food is prepared in respect of the French traditions yet adapted to today’s fused styles.

Gulf Islands National Park Reserve of Canada

Established in 2003, Gulf Islands National Park Reserve safeguards a portion of British Columbia’s beautiful southern Gulf Islands archipelago. There are five national park reserves on North and South Pender, click on any of the parks to view photos and learn more. Or view these parks on a map.

Golf Island Disc Park

The Golf Island Disc Park, located in Magic Lake Estates on North Pender Island, BC, features 27 holes. The front nine holes have the original tone poles while the middle and back nines have chain baskets, installed in 2004. The Pender Islands disc golf course winds its way over and around a rocky hill just to the north of Magic Lake. The location of the course, with its many trees and bumpy landscape, make for an exciting game and a wonderful walk in the woods.

Pender Island Golf & Country Club

One of B.C.’s most beautiful 9 hole public golf courses. This Gulf Island Jewel offers four elevated tee boxes and affords expansive views of the challenging golf shots that lie ahead.

Pender Island's Community Hall 

The community hall was built by local residents in 2001? and is the hub of entertainment and cultural activities on Pender. It is the location of the weekly farmer's market, movie nights and features live music, theatre and group events.

Beaumont Marine Park - Offers 11 beach front campsites that are accessible by boat or foot. 

Port Browning Marina Resort – Located in Browning harbor, the camp sites are on a grassy area on the beach.

Prior Centennial Campground – Set in the shade of a thick forest of ferns, cedar, fir, alder and maple trees, this small campground features 17 drive-in campsites. Reservations can be made online by clicking here.
